Whether you have received one of our standard gift vouchers or purchased a promotional voucher through one of our seasonal offers, you can submit your redemption request using the form below.
This includes vouchers purchased through promotions such as Black Friday, our 24 Days of Christmas offers and other limited-time collections.
Once we receive your completed form, we will verify your voucher and contact you to arrange your appointment. Please note that submitting the form does not automatically confirm a booking. Your appointment will be confirmed once we have agreed a suitable date and time with you.

Gift Voucher Number
Your gift voucher number is essential. It allows us to trace and verify your voucher, record your intention to redeem it and securely allocate it to your appointment.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
All treatments, services and appointment times are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Any request to extend a voucher must be made before the expiry date. Extensions may be available at our discretion and are subject to a small administration fee.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
No cash, credit or change will be given for any unused portion of a voucher.
All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed via this form.
Bookings are only confirmed once your Gift Voucher has been verified.

Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Can I extend my gift voucher?
You may request an extension before your gift voucher expires. Extensions are offered at our discretion and are subject to a small administration fee. Unfortunately, we cannot grant an extension once the voucher has expired.
Can I change my appointment time?
Yes. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you may reschedule it by giving at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes remain subject to availability and our usual cancellation and rescheduling terms.
