As per our terms and conditions, all special offer gift vouchers must be redeemed via this Redemption Form. Once we receive your submission, we will contact you to arrange your appointment and confirm your booking details.

All services provided by The Full Spectrum Centre Limited are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee; an extension can be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).
Non-refundable
Cannot be exchanged for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.

To help us process your request smoothly, please ensure you enter your full name, email and phone number, provide your voucher number exactly as it appears on your voucher, select the service your voucher relates to and let us know your preferred days and times.

Your voucher number is essential, as it notifies The Full Spectrum Centre Limited of your intention to use the voucher towards a booking and allows us to trace, verify and log it securely against your appointment.

Once your form is submitted, we will be in touch to confirm your session.
