For in-person events, we provide comfy chairs, cushions and a bottle of water, but feel free to bring your own comfort items such as a blanket. For online, have a quiet space, headphones, and something cosy to lie on.

Can anyone attend a sound bath?

Absolutely! Sound baths are gentle and safe for most people. They’re ideal for beginners, those with high stress, or anyone seeking energetic support. Anyone diagnosed or struggling with heart conditions, epilepsy or a history of seizures , severe mental health conditions like schizophrenia, psychosis or PTSD should consult with a medical professional before attending.
