Start your day with 3 minutes of silence. Ask:
How do I feel?
What do I need?
What one thing will nourish my energy today?
Write it down or set an intention you can return to when your day gets busy.
At any point during your day, pause and:
Breathe in for 4, hold for 4, breathe out for 6 (x3 rounds)
Stretch your body gently
Place a hand on your heart or belly and say: “I choose to return to myself.”
