Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment easily using the link in your confirmation email. Please be aware that a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, that any discounts applied will be removed if cancelled, that deposit payments are non-refundable and that any gift vouchers intended for use will be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable as outlined in our booking policy.

As per our terms and conditions a non-refundable deposit MUST be must be paid when making a booking.
