Our Approach
Our holistic approach aims to address an individual as a whole person. We strive to provide the very best wellnesss services for our clients and learners.
Many of our services concentrate on inducing relaxation and reducing stress. This strengthens the immune system and helps to calm the emotions, relieve anxiety and increase general sense of health and well being.
Most people wait until a condition or illness has developed before seeking help but wouldn’t it be more sensible to take early action, as soon as the warning signs appear?
Calming the mind, body and spirit, taking time to relax and finding the time for a regular appointment can prove to be of great benefit and preventative.
Complementary, Holistic & Vibrational Therapies
We provide a wide variety of complementary, holistic and vibrational therapies including Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki and Coaching.
A study conducted by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) found that the 3 most popular holistic therapies are Reflexology, Massage Therapy and Aromatherapy. We certainly find similar results in terms of the popularity of our services, both as treatments and vocational training courses.

Meditation & Mindfulness
We host a variety of meditation and mindfulness classes and workshops including our very popular weekly Sound Bath Meditation events.
Meditation and Mindfulness can help bring your focus and attention to the present moment and are great tools for bringing your mind and body into harmony with one another, keeping you relaxed, calm and centered whilst promoting overall health and well-being.

We provide a wide variety of holistic wellness products to help you restore mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and wellness naturally.
